Question

What determines whether or not someone is a peer?

  1. Peer is usually determined by a similarity in age and/or ability in a particular field. Then again, it's usually just age that is the deciding factor; if one is more advanced than their peers they are at the same age but a higher level.

  2. But then are they truly peers or is that an, for lack of a better term, interest group?
